Winning the Muslim Writers Awards 2009, was the best thing that had ever happened to me. When I heard that I had won my category I had nearly fainted, due to all the excitement that was in me. It had really meant a lot to me! And it still does. I'm really, really proud of myself and inshallah next year I will definitely enter the Muslim Writers Awards.
