Riazat Butt

Riazat is a Religious Affairs Correspondent at The Guardian newspaper. She studied Modern Languages at oxford and went to school in Southampton. Riazat researches and presents awards and winning ‘Islamophonic’, the Guardian’s weekly podcast on Muslim life in Britain. She has been a journalist since 2002 and her specialisms are Islam and Muslims in Britain.
