David Godwin

After a long and successful career in publishing, David Godwin became one of the leading and best-known agents in the UK. He represents writers including Aravind Adiga, Kirin Desai and Claire Tomalin. His reputation is especially strong in India following his championing of a number of Indian authors including Arundhati Roy, whose novel The God of Small Things went on to win the Booker Prize.
